Northampton County, attributed to the Sharrock family, fourth quarter 18th century, two-part form of walnut, yellow pine secondary, the upper section with broken arch bonnet and central turned finial, above two doors, each with eight lights, hung at the sides of the case. The base, with a serving slide below two side-by-side drawers over lower cabinet doors each with applied panels, raised on ogee bracket feet. 117.5 x 55.5 x 21 in.; to top finial 120 in.

Descended through the Tisdale family, Warrenton, North Carolina. Received and consigned by the family at the original Warrenton residence.

Interior small drawers replaced; patch at each drawer escutcheon and above one drawer; fourth set of pulls; replaced locks; bottom 3 in. of each foot tipped to original facing, replaced finial, missing rosettes on pediment.
