Early 15th century, on vellum, presented in a gilt double-sided frame exposing both sides of the sheet. A card affixed to the back states the work was "Authenticated by William Bond, Curator of Manuscripts, Houghton Library, Harvard University, 1960."

Retains bright colors; completely intact.
