19th century, gray glaze molded with raised cobalt decoration, the vessel's eagle-form neck and mouth surmount a body composed of two intersecting hollow circles, each adorned with municipal emblems and creating arches which shelter two drinking gnomes, the whole is set upon a tapered circular base set with lion masks.
