Victorian Coral, Onyx, and Diamond Jewelry Item

Designed in a circle form and set to the center with one round coral cabochon (18.75mm) within an onyx and gold mount accented with (3) rose cut diamonds surmounting a coral bead (9.35mm), the gold mount engraved to the reverse "To her who presents all my love / Dec 10 1867." With openings to each side for ribbon or cord wear, unmarked but testing 18KT.
