Two Swiss Healing Arts Stained Glass Works

19th century, each set into an electrically illuminated shadowbox wooden frame, both pieces consist of a hand-painted Renaissance style roundel within a Baroque style transfer outline border having added color and anchored at the top by the civic arms of Bern. One painting, after Dutch Old Master Gerard Dou, depicts a physician holding a medicine bottle aloft; the second painting is of a dentist about to treat a suffering patient.
