Late 18th century, cherry, with white pine secondary, painted metal face signed "Peter Giff," with moon phase dial, second hand, calendar wheel, and terrestrial map; metal works signed "Osborne" and stamped "E. H. 5 2 87 3038;" hood with broken arch pediment and rosettes, applied inverted carved tulip, waist with stacked ring quarter columns which repeat on base, original ogee bracket feet, with later brass finials, two black iron weights.
