Circa 1840s-1850s, maker's mark not present or obscured, 29.5 in. single fuller blade sparsely etched with floral patterns, bone grip bound with wire, gilt single piece cast brass guard, knucklebow and eagle pommel, leather scabbard with brass fittings.

Light rusting to the blade; leather crazed, but intact; wire binding remains tight; bone with natural age toning; remnants of gilt in recesses. Overall good condition.
