Salt glazed stoneware, of two-bowl form with pulled strap handle and nice overall orange peel effect to interior surface, incised script signature to side "C.G. Teague / Oct 4 1934."

Purchased August 2000 in Winston Salem, NC at an onsite auction conducted by Horace York Auctioneers.

Charlie Teague was the first potter employed at Jugtown Pottery under the Busbees.

Good condition; examined under black light with no apparent condition concerns.
