Set to the center with one natural golden color cultured saltwater button pearl (13.50mm) and one white cultured saltwater button pearl (14.07 x 13.58mm) in a bypass yellow gold mount accented with (70) round brilliant cut diamonds (1.50mm - 2.30mm) weighing approximately 2.10 total carats (E-F color, VS clarity) and stamped "Keil."
