The pendant with one bezel set oval cut amethyst (21.30 x 17.70 x 10.62mm) weighing approximately 22.28 carats in a mount designed with cannetille and bead work and reverse lettered "ROMA" and opening to reveal a locket compartment, with a wide hinged tapered bail, testing 18KT.
