18th century, of a kidney shaped mahogany veneered base, fitted with brass accessories to include candle holder, sand dispenser, ink pot, raised on three applied brass acanthus and paw feet.

2 1/8 x 6 x 6 in.

Some minor veneer cracks and a small area of loss along top edge; break to underside with associated loss to one foot (with new screws); other screws to feet may be replacements as well.
