Probably Virginia, early 19th century, walnut, poplar and white pine secondary, dovetailed case, the hinged lid with an inlaid central eagle and line inlay around border, interior with ten drawers and five pigeon holes, case with four graduated drawers with scratch bead, chamfered corners with line inlay, scalloped skirt raised on French bracket feet.
