As follows: Henry Clay (1777-1852) signed "H. Clay; Daniel Webster (1782-1852) signed "Danl Webster; John Randolph (1773-1833) signed in full. The Clay and Webster covers have orange Washington cancellations with FREE being stamped as well, mounted with facsimile portraits and name plates for framing, clean and in fine condition. The Randolph cover is entirely in manuscript and already matted with a 19th century engraved portrait of the great Virginian, presented in a gilt wooden frame (17 x 11 in. overall), some localized spotting.
