The elaborately carved initials comprised of (55) bead set Old European cut diamonds (1.50mm - 2.50mm) weighing approximately 1.65 total carats (H-I color, SI1 clarity) in a platinum over gold mount and completed with a single pin stem, initials appear to read "RPB."
