Circa 1820, maple with tiger maple veneers, having a lid with applied molding which lifts to reveal a deep well, above three faux drawers over a full length drawer, all cock-beaded; (the long drawer once had multiple dividers now missing) drawers are flanked by stiles inlaid with arched tiger maple panels, raised on tall well-turned legs which terminate in repousse brass cuffs and ball feet.
29 x 19.75 x 18 in.
Old refinish. Lid retains lock and key.
Very good estate condition; minor small nail stabilization to lid molding; brass feet may not be original; some sun fading to top.
