London (1778) hallmarks and sponsor's mark for Thomas Shepherd, double-bellied form raised on a domed circular foot, one side decorated with a chased basket of fruit and the opposite with a basket of flowers, asymmetrical cartouche with two period engraved monograms beneath the spout, parcel gilt, applied handle.
