Centered with one round cut spessartite garnet (9.80mm) weighing approximately 4.30 carats bezel set and framed by (24) full cut round diamonds and bordered on each side of the carved shank with (20) full cut round diamonds in a yellow gold mount stamped 18KT. Diamonds are bead set measuring approximately 1.20mm - 1.30mm with a combined weight of .64 carat (G color, VS1 - VS2 clarity).
