Meiji period (1868-1912), cast iron kakebotoke or votive plaque for a Buddhist temple or house shrine, showing Miroku Bosatsu (the Buddha of the Future) in high relief, inscribed on the front and back in Japanese, with protruding hangers from the top and fitted with rope on a wooden plaque.
