North Carolina Chippendale Mahogany Banquet Table

Late 18th century, attributed to Roanoke River Basin, mahogany veneer, pine secondary, central drop leaf section with two D ends, D ends with double gate leg support, center section also with double gate leg to each side; square fluted legs with applied fret work at corner, Marlborough feet, inside chamfer.

Appears to be lacking two leaves; center section top reset; with later paint to underside; minor wood losses and repairs throughout.
