19th century, two-part form, walnut and white pine secondary, upper case with two hinged glazed doors with shelved interior, over two drawers and two lower cabinets with shelved interior, with stencil to back from J. Cornelius, Evansville, Rock County, Wisconsin.

Retains original old finish and glass, later interior shelves to upper cabinet, later hinges to lower cabinet.
