Salt glazed stoneware, one gallon size, stamped "W. H. HANCOCK" below the potter's signature band of coggle wheel decoration to the right of the handle.

No condition concerns; one or two small original glaze filled indentations to inside rim; some shallow base flakes likely also original from kiln removal; examined with black light.
