DOA 16.5 x 17.25 in.

Frances Anne Allen was born in 1907 near Red Hook, NY. She married Jared Sparks, future president of Harvard University and a noted author and historian, in Hyde Park in 1832.

A note on the verso of this drawing indicates it is from an album likely executed in circa 1830.
