19th century, the first poplar dovetailed case with a dovetailed bracket foot base, hinged lid with applied molding (12 x 21 x 11 in.), three inch replaced upper rear board where hinge break out occurred with sun fading and water damage; the second white pine with red wash and dovetailed case, hinged lid with applied molding and snipe hinges, replaced bracket foot base (16.5 x 20 x 12 in.).
