The first a gouache on card, featuring a sailboat in a squall, signed and dated at lower left "Burns '04" (SS 5.25 x 8 in.; DOA 11 x 13.75 in.); the second also gouache on card, unsigned, depicting sailors on the shore following a shipwreck (SS 5.25 x 8 in.; DOA 11 x 13.5 in.). Both in matching mats and frames under glass.
