Afghan Jezail Flintlock Musket

19th century, 33 in. octagonal barrel having etched collection number, 48 in. LOA, fitted with an East India Company lockplate stamped with a lion passant, two eagle-over-V marks, and date(?) at rear, the wooden stock heavily inlaid with abalone.
