Rare Pennsylvania Smoke Decorated Blanket Chest

First half of 19th century, of dovetailed and pegged construction, with an interior till, applied lid molding, and spurred bracket feet. The chest retains its original mustard field and black smoke decoration; chest with pencil inscription in script to back board.
