Porcelain, 19th century, oval form each a variation of the traditional pattern, painted in iron red with gilt highlights.

The original set of this pattern was made for Charleston, SC merchant Nathaniel Russell to embellish his Federal townhouse built in 1808.

All with some wear to gilt rims.
