Two Chinese Carved Ivory Figural Groups

Both of attractive warm honey hue; the first depicting an older woman holding a swaddled infant within a dragon decorated vessel while an old man looks on, presented with custom carved hardwood stand (carving 4 5/8 in., HOA 6 in.) (old crack and small chip to base); the second featuring a Guanyin nursing an old woman while a young boy looks on, presented atop a hardwood stand (carving 5 1/8, HOA 6.5 in.) (old crack to base).
