Continental Wax Madonna

Late 18th/early 19th century, the figure, molded with hands clasped to her breast, is balanced upon an orb with a dragon around it, the figure affixed to a fabric and gilt wood plinth.

Overall good condition with some slight lines in the wax which neither structurally nor visually detract.
