George III Inlaid Bowfront Chest of Drawers

Circa 1800, possibly Scottish, of mahogany veneers over fir, the D-shaped top over a wide cross-banded veneered frieze above triple line inlay, the chest having three short over three long cock-beaded drawers, each drawer detailed with line inlay, raised on a spurred bracket foot base.

42.25 x 47.5 x 22.75 in.

Replaced hardware; crack to left side extending into left foot; various minor chips.
