Republic Period, signature appears to be that of Wang Bu, elderly man carrying a basket of flowers, painted in underglaze blue, with inscription and seals.

Wang Bu (1898-1968) a highly respected porcelain decorator often executed in underglaze blue, so much so that he was nicknamed "the king of blue and white."
