Renaissance Revival Sideboard

Circa 1870s, walnut and burled walnut, a rose marble top surmounts the conforming case which is centered with a slightly projecting upper drawer above a single cabinet, flanked by carved rectangular columns, the curved side cabinets swing open to reveal interior storage. Each cabinet is decorated with an applied burl wood shield-shaped panel.
