Antique Tortoise Shell Tea Caddy

19th century, rectangular form with leopard-spot tortoise shell veneers, ivory trim and escutcheon, supported by four shaped hairy paw brass feet. The interior features a velvet lined lid hand-painted with a floral scene, two tortoise shell and ivory lids enclose lead lined wells.
