Late 18th century, walnut, yellow pine and some white pine secondary woods, the dove-tailed case has a slant lid with finely figured veneer enclosing a divided interior with central prospect which is removable and disguises secret compartments, above two over three lipped graduated drawers, applied ogee bracket foot base.
