Circa 1800, David Wood, Newburyport, Massachusetts, cherry with white pine secondary wood, having a fretwork crest retaining three original brass finials supported by fully turned columns, the bonnet door opens to a painted and signed ("D. Wood") metal face with second hand, date aperture, time and chime wind, English movement, the waist door is flanked by brass capped quarter columns, raised on a bracket foot base. With pendulum, (2) replacement weights, case key.
