PA Paint Decorated Deacon's Bench or Settee

Pennsylvania, circa1820-1840, having an old red painted surface with mustard line and stencil decoration, the upper rail supported by canted columns, flanked by convex scrolled arms, the base with the unusual feature of having a pull out mechanism converting the settee into a day bed.
