Signed "Shao Fang 72" on base, low bulbous form with narrow spout, mottled blue and green surfaces. The potter was likely Madame Shao Fang Sheng (1918 - 2009), a talented Chinese immigrant who settled in Parkersburg, WV and studied with Frank Lloyd Wright.
