Philadelphia Chippendale Arm Chair

Second half 18th century, mahogany, similar to a chair bearing a label of William Savery (1755-1788), pierced back with rounded ears, boldly carved knuckles with curved supports, molded seat rail and straight molded legs with inside chamfer, slip seat.
