(Japanese-American, 1905-1990) of solid walnut, trapezoid shape, with two sliding doors to reveal one adjustable shelf, pegged construction, wall bolts included. Unsigned, red maker's number "#1844, Levy" on bottom, also on back.

Purchased in the 1960s and the mid 1970s directly from George Nakashima, the furnishings were a prized possession and the centerpiece for many family dinners and festive occasions.
