New England Concertina Game Table

Late 18th century, mahogany with chestnut secondary, veneer to the skirt, the fold over hinged top with cut corners is supported when open by pull-out rear legs with double hinged extension (concertina mechanism), the legs themselves of a stylized Marlborough form are molded with relief carving.
