19th century, time and strike, brass movement numbered 2201 with Marti et Cie circular mark, open escapement, porcelain dial within scrolled brass collar, pendulum cast as the sun within a wreath, mahogany base, columns and pediment with marquetry inlays, columns with brass capitals and bases.
