With the hallmark of John Henry Vere & William Lutwyche, London, 1763 date letter; the shaped oval body comprised of outward flaring silver wires soldered to a shallow base with chased line and ball motif, the ball motif is echoed on the shaped rim, the hollow shaped handle is ornamented with applied wires and sheaves of wheat; the open basket also heavily ornamented with applied grape vines and sheaves of wheat. 3.25 x 14.25 x 11.25 in. (10.5 in. at handle).
