Beautifully designed and each centering on one large near round 13.5mm white south sea pearl, surrounded by 24 round full cut diamonds and 36 baguette diamonds which alternate around each pearl; the diamonds weigh approximately 2.06 carats, mounted in 18KT yellow gold.
