Antique Paint Decorated Santos Cabinet

17th century with later elements, two-tiered with open arched shrine above compartment having a hinged door decorated with an applied carved cross, the whole topped by a scalloped crest. Polychrome floral motifs throughout.

Some shrinkage to back leaving narrow gap between panels; a few age cracks; chips to later paint; electric light set into cabinet. Iron interior lock without key and non-functional. Generally sound however, and ready for display.
