Western North Carolina, circa 1800-1820, one piece form, walnut with yellow pine and poplar secondary, stepped ogee molded cornice over reeded frieze, lambs tongue chamfer flanks the two doors each with (8) lights having a reeded medial stile over two molded paneled doors, raised on an applied spurred bracket foot base.

A rare and fine form.
Shelves reset with some restoration, likely necessitating the removal of the back; door lights re-glazed; some surface patches; original feet with repair to left right front and right rear foot (also replaced brace); front left foot has old repair to facing; loss to some spur tips.
