Both circa 1820s; the first a tureen, titled on underside "N.W. View of La Grange / the Residence of the Marquis Lafayette," unmarked but most likely a Woods product, (7 x 15 in.), chips to one handle, hairlines in bowl; the second a plate, reading "La Grange The Residence / of the / Marquis Lafayette" on underside, stamped Enoch Woods & Sons (10.5 in.).
