Pair of Meissen Porcelain Compotes

Late 19th or early 20th century, underglaze blue crossed swords to bottom, each modeled with a reticulated floral encrusted basket held aloft by two putti perched upon a rocky base.

Both compotes with chips to leaves and petals; one compote with hairline to a foot and several blossoms missing completely.
