By Alexander Gordon (active circa 1795-1803) with hand-engraved floral and geometric border to mouth and exceptionally fine engraved swag and shield form cartouche with "MW" monogram to front.

The handle has been completely reattached at some point, with some denting where stem meets base, wear consistent with age.
