No serial # evident, circa 1937 - 1942, bound top, back and fingerboard; brown sunburst body with f-holes; peghead inlaid with mother-of-pearl script Gibson logo and fleur-de-lils; adjustable bridge; original clamshell tailpiece. Mandolin comes with period alligator finish softshell case.
