American Classical Sofa, circa 1830

Probably Philadelphia, mahogany and mahogany veneers, rolled crest rail terminating with acanthus carved and scrolled rosettes, scrolled arms with relief carved elongated dolphin, convex seat rail flanked by paneled friezes supported by a cornucopia hairy paw carved feet.
